At the end of October 2022, six people were brought to the offices of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee in St. Petersburg. Three men and three women. The appeal against the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court to extend the guard, which took place on January 13, 2023 in the St. Petersburg City Court, based on a lawyer’s complaint, partially recognized the rightness of the defense, that the opinion of the investigation that Danishevsky may commit other crimes, etc., is in no way confirmed. However, the preventive measure remained unchanged. There have been no official comments about the new charge from the defense, since the investigation has not yet responded to the defense’s questions about plans for a new charge.

However, according to knowledgeable people, there are already interesting twists in the case. Namely: the “Consultspb” office was periodically harassed by law enforcement agencies. There really is a case about illegal migration and it is quite old. A year ago, searches were carried out at the company, but they did not end in anything. The company employees themselves believe that they have nothing to do with this, since they were simply collecting documents and filling out forms for further transfer to commercial migration agencies. The position of the defense in this case is that Consultspb had nothing to do with those 20 hostels and the registration of migrants.
